"The customer service was great" Overall satisfied. The customer service was great and he explained everything well. Caesar is not only knowledgable about cars, but he is also very nice and cares about the customer experience. I received updates from him during the service as well. My only concern is with the wait time for service. I had my car there for nearly or over 3 hours. In addition, the shuttle service number was never answered. I hope this improves for future customers.

"Service " I stopped by without an appointment, Caesar immediately assisted advising someone will be with me as soon as I parked. Once he came to my car he went over the details of my car and advised me to be careful with my miles, I let him know I had came right before the 12k miles on an issue I was experiencing with the trunk and he advised he relates for it happened to him with another customer not too long ago. "ACE was AMAZING!!!" If it wasn't for ACE I wouldn't of ever came here in the first place. He was the one to answer the call when I called about servicing my new lease. He was knowledgeable and recommended I should wait til I hit 5K miles. My first visit was great with Ace check in and all. Only issue I had was getting my car back once it was serviced and completed.
