Slow, liars and unreliable I had an oil change coupon for $39.99 if I wanted synthetic oil I have to paid $20.00 extra and I was charged $79.99 also requested a change of air filter, cabin filter and cooling system service and I showed him a 10 % off coupon in labor and parts, When I paid advisor told me that the discount was made but when I got home I discovered that the discount was not applied to my bill.
Bait and switch. My oil and oil filter request became a "package". I did not want all the items done listed in your "package". I had to stop the service person from pushing through work items I did not want done. I received two appointment reminders by phone and email and was never to told that a "package" was going to be pushed at me. Is bait and swtich legal in California?
I felt over charged on my service this time and my check engine light came on right after my service i was disappointed this time
They are more interested in up selling than fixing the warranty issues you come in for.
Dropped the car @8:45 was promised a call by 1. I called at 1:30 said he was busy would call back. I called at 2:45 reception told me car was ready. Too much to type in this space
Gave me back my car with a light on my dashboard, had to leave it for an extra day.
Not worth, long time, not copleted work. Not recomendable to come for services in here
Dealership is too crowded and there’s no parking. When I dropped my car off, I waited at least 5 minutes while staff sat around talking. Rude.
