Made an appointment early in the morning. They said I might have to wait. I drove in 10 minutes after making the appointment and I did not wait. Gabriel was nice and gave me the car back before the promised time.
Made my appointment on line the night before, showed up late and they didn't make me wait. Saw me right away and had more out within an hour and a half like they estimated.

I take my 2015 Altima to get serviced by Gabriel. I give him a time limit and he ALWAYS meet it. He's the reason why I keep coming back.
Took my Rogue in for an Oil change and was helped by Gabriel Gonzalez. He was very professional and plesant too deal with. The service was completed much sooner than expected.
Over all He was very nice, and professional. He did a great job. He had trouble pronouncing my name but it's ok evyerone does.
I was very pleased with my experience at the Nissan service. Mr. Gonzalez was friendly and attentive. The job was completed in the specified time. Mr. Gonzales deserves five stars! Ihe is to be commended. Keep up the good work.
Edwin was my service rep and he takes customer service to another level. He was in a cheerful mood and made me feel welcome. My car was ready when he said it would be and it was a great experience overall. This is by far the best Nissan Dealership! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
