I'm currently in the outpatient program. It's going very well. The entire staff is extremely friendly. However what is standing out to me is the effort and caring shown by one specific staff member. Dr. Robert's has gone out of her way to show extraordinary care. I've been to a few programs like this in my past, however no one has really gone the extra mile. Seeing the effort Dr. Roberts continually makes gives me the motivation to succeed and want to get better. That alone is what this is all about. Saving lives!

My nephew is in unit G at this facility. I went on the wrong day to visit because their website is not updated I thought the visit was from 7:30-8:30 pm Thursdays I asked the front desk lady that I traveled far to visit my nephew. She said 'Lets see what I can do'. The supervisor dude came out and said that I could see my nephew as long as the visit will only be about 20 minutes. I saw my nephew and we had a great visit so the staff really looked out for me. Thnx a million!!!

My son goes there sometimes when he's not right in the head.Stays approximately 3-5 days.Never had a problem with anyone there.I do understand Why he stays 5 days cause his medication is being observed to make sure all is well.

Intensive outpatient program - we had an excellent experience with this facility's program. The staff were well trained and compassionate. The group experience was very helpful. The facility was clean and appropriate health measures were taken. Family was kept involved and informed!

Excellent staff. Caring and very thorough. I'd highly recommend this outpatient program. It helped me through the devastation of losing my spouse of 40 years.

my name ricardo garcia i,m in the core program and i want to say that this program is greatttt! my social worker(vivian),nurses,techs(all) were great to me and i learn a lot about my issues! i recommend this place for all veterans!!!!-thank you all!

This place saved my life! I was addicted to opiates and was on the brink of death. Had I not ended up here I would've been dead. I was part of the RADD program for substance abuse. All of the staff were awesome and the case managers helped me get all set up for aftercare. Groups were great! Individual sessions were great!

Obviously you're going to end up with a lot of negative reviews when you are an inpatient/outpatient mental health facility. That said, I have overwhelmingly positive things to say about NTBH's outpatient program. I came to its PHP program broken, fragile and at the end of my rope. This was what I felt was my last hope after a year of suffering INTENSE major depression and having battled depression/anxiety for more than 20 years. The people there changed my life. I was a voluntary patient at NTBH in early January, 2015 for 6 days. I suffer from Depression and self harm. This was my third treatment center in 12 years and I went WILLING. I was determined to make a difference in myself this time. I am here to tell you that I had a WONDERFUL experience during my 6 days at NTBC.
