I just wont to say ,Thay are very friendly, and helpful to suet you for what size storage unit or u hall you need, there units are clean ,and meet your needs very well. I would recommend them to any one that needs there services. All so look forwarded to using them in the further if needed.

On Thursday, May 14, 2026 I received a text message from the Management at this facility to please provide a review. This was asked for one day after signing the contract for. The short story: Zero stars. I rented at iStorage in 2022 and then again in 2024-2025. If I could, I would give it zero stars. Personally, I would never rent at this location or any owned by NSA ever again. If you are looking for a good storage facility in the area, I found one within 15 minutes of iStorage with superior service, security, and cleanliness for essentially the same price. I’ve been a customer here for nearly ten years, so this situation was honestly disappointing. My girlfriend and I recently upgraded to a larger unit, moving everything out of our smaller one. The original unit was completely empty, no lock, clearly vacated. I ended up being about 24 hours late in canceling before the next billing cycle, and they charged me for a full additional month anyway. Horrible customer service!!! Threatened to call the police on us for having the delivery truck pull up to the door for easier unload straight into our storage unit. After explaining we would be less than 5 minutes and this storage units is ALWAYS empty and nobody is ever there, INCLUDING STAFF, why would it be a big deal. The lady who I spoke to was so courteous and polite. She helped me to make the choice I made so easy. She was very informative about the space needed. Great choice for self storage and very affordable.
