Raising the rent sometimes twice a year and the gate has been broken for a week. The alarm system has been disconnected. When Three Rivers Self storage sold out this place has went down hill. They sure are not putting any of that extra money back into the facility.

I would give a no star review if possible. I was renting here before it was bought by Move-In. Before Move-in the service was great. Once Move-In took over my rates continually increased, they stopped taking packages to my unit, and now they will not even receive packages at all. I moved to this unit for these services specifically! They gave me zero notice on not receiving packages and required me to come get packages before they got rained on. Raised rent by $76, only 3 months after signing with them. They get you to sign, then screw you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
