I can't do this anymore the cost of my unit keeps going up. I started out paying 45.00 dollars as of yesterday they raised it again with no warning now if $150.00 a month same unit I've had since 2009. I'm disabled and can't afford it. If I wasn't down from breaking my back I would get my stuff out this week. I've been in this unit since 2009 but I originally started renting from you in 2004 and transferred units in 2009.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Avoid this business at all cost. The woman on site disappears when they are supposed to be open. The phone number is wrong to contact her. They are double charging. They did not have a computer system to accept payments when they took over from Aardvark. Now they are charging double. Was told all caught up last month, but again charging double and refuses to fix the problem. Will look for a storage location that does not lie to their customers.

They just raised my rent again at Christmas time so I now pay 231 dollars a month! Not very good people to do this! I don't recommend them at all!

My lock will be on the unit until the end of the month ... We had to pay for all 30 days even though unit is vacant by December 9.

Access is very sketchy at this location. The gate was chained shut because it was broken on Friday Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. I had to rent three extra days for my U-Haul. No one was there to help access during posted business hours. The girl at the front desk when I paid for the storage was very nice but I never saw anyone again after I paid my money. Never again for me!

Very poor policies here at the San Jacinto location. Unethical. Even worse customer service. **** shame really

Watch out for the autopay system. Even if not working correctly they will charge you a late fee.

The agent who took my order issued me an incorrect code for the gate. I had to oahvthemcsn extra hour until an agent from Vic another branch was able to help me out
