No teacher discount? We are public servants, too! We have huge responsibilities, and receive discounts at other places like bookstores. Why does SecurSelf Storage not give us this credit? I am very disappointed by this! Teachers are already underpaid. We need storage for our large amounts of teaching materials. This company is hurting themselves by not offering teacher discounts. Update your policy!! We are teaching your children.

Horrible just keep raising the rental price every month

I have been a customer for 7 years and would not refer them to anyone who value their items in storage there. Their manager (?) Gabe F lied about contacting me that my payment was supposedly la late. Actually bank records showed it had arrived 2 days prior to the due date. I He said he called me twice but there were NO missed calls from Right Space Storage or any messages left. This place is the shadiest place I have ever dealt with. I can't count how many new managers they have had during this timeframe. I have been with them for 5 years. My bill has increased by 100%. 19.11% increase in 2023. They offer units to new customers at substantially lower rates than what existing customers are paying. Their rates are above and beyond what other storage facilities are charging. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Shalonda is the poster child of customer service, but the company only cares about making money. I rent two unit at the 9685 Fall Creek Rd. location, and there was a recent break-in where multiple units were broken into and now the front gate is broken and does not close which make it even easier for the thieves to return. Well I was happy with them until today! I gave a 30 days notice on 6/9/23 to be out by 7/9/23! Went in and signed the paper since I don’t have a printer! Had to go twice since they were at lunch! My house closed on 7/5/23 so I couldn’t be out by 7/1/23…Which I explained and was I told you only need 10 days! My bill for July was suppose to be prorated! On 7/2/23 I was charged full amount automatically! I didn’t have autopay for the last 3 months and they charged me the full amount for the month! I’m out as of today, 7/8/23... read more

One star Lol there should be -000 stars. Stay away and save yourself the agony. This place is absolutely horrible. When I first signed a contract my rent was around 130 a month it’s currently 184. They charge fees on top of fees on top of fees. Manager Henry will stalk you and call everyday every hour. I finally had to threaten to repot him to the authorities for harassment.
