the guy at the reception is angry all the time. and gives terrible service

there is not enough room to type all the complaints i have about the location i am now out of. the worse part is the security there sucks and doesn't work and hasnt for the last 4-5 yrs; always promising they will get it fixed.....i was hit a couple of weeks after moving in and the same for others that have moved in and nothing to remedy the situation. funny that i have complained to the regional mgr lady and new people moving in just keep getting hit 2 weeks after moving in. but yet the rent keeps going up due to area rat... read more

*****PLEASE DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE*** IT IS MY BELIEF THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY HAVE STOLEN MY ITEMS OUT OF STORAGE. THE REGIONAL MANAGER STATES THIS FACILITY HAS SURVEILLANCE BUT ONLY KEEPS THE FOOTAGE FOR 30 DAYS! AFTER RENTING TWO STORAGE SPACES, THIS FACILITY CLAIMS THEY TRANSFERRED THE MONEY PAID ON MY FIRST STORAGE TO MY SECOND STORAGE THINKING I WAS GOING TO TRANSFER MY ITEMS, WHEN IT WAS TOLD TO THE MANAGER I WOULD BE KEEPING BOTH OF MY STORAGE SPACES BECAUSE BOTH OF MY STORAGE SPACES WOULD NO... read more

MOST OF THE TIME NO PROBLEM --- BUT --- THERE WAS SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE GATES WERE NOT OPERATING AND WERE OPEN 24/7 -- RISK OF GETTING BROKEN INTO UNIT

Locked out! Storage signs and online says you have access u til 10PM. Went to move my last big van load at 9:10PM only to find that the gates lock at 9PM. Had to leave furniture in the care until morning. No one answers the phones.

Worker was asleep on the front counter when I walked in. Smelt like Marijuana in the office. Didn't tell me I needed my own lock until after I put everything in my unit. Over all the unit is nice and just what I need, customer service was bad.
