Easy, convenient, online rental procedure and property manager came out to introduce herself when I was putting things in the unit.

I went to rent a unit just to find out that the one they gave me was already rented. They had another unit that was the exact same size that they said they would need to clean and they’d have it ready the next day. When I went back to get it, they said it would be $100 more than the original one that I started with, but it was the exact same size!! No explanation as to why it would be more expensive. I have three units here, I pay thousands a year with zero promos, no notification of rate increases, zero follow thru from leader ship and corporate. I will Not be referring Istorage to any of my colleagues or clients alike, very disappointed in this company, and I’m a company owner myself.

I rented a Storage unit for 3 years. Communication was poor. Return Phone Messages are non-existent. Facility was nice, but poorly managed.

I was given all the information about renting a unit plus my question where answered and I was never made to feel my questions where not important.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Parked my RV there only to have it ripped off. Our AC unit, batteries, and a bunch or stuff inside were stolen. I reported to the main office and she told me sorry you're one of 18 in the past weeks, report it to your insurance. Seriously?! How do 18 people get their AC units stolen from their RV and this place has no idea who or how to stop it?!

I been going to the storage unit for the past 2 weeks to pay my storage there is never nobody in the office I was already charged a late fee with isn’t fair because theses so called employees are never there
