There hasn’t been any staff there since I signed up online, had to drive to another storage facility just to purchase a lock and it took me 5 days to move since there weren’t any carts! Also, it need to be cleaned! I wish I never signed up online and went elsewhere!

Have lied to me on numerous occasions about a check I’ve waited for 39 days for atm. Several times told me it will be showing any day now. Found out today they haven’t even mailed it. Their accounting office ignores you 100% of the time. Never again, stay away

I would give zero stars if I could! Someone picked the lock of my unit and stole 2 portable air conditioners plus 3 hand painted ceramic indian busts! The POS of this place did NOTHING about it! I had to pay for insurance and those jerks said there is no proof since the lock was not damaged!! DO NOT RENT HERE! I EVEN HAD A DETECTIVE REACH OUT TO ME BECAUSE THERE WERE MULTIPLE UNITS BROKEN INTO!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

If I could give a negative rating I definitely would as I’ know of a few others that would also. U it broken into, with obvious forced entry, half my items stolen. Took the appropriate steps with the police as well as with the claims department just to be put off for a great length of time then finally to be told they would not accept my claim, and that it was denied. I have also been to the facility on 7 different occasions during normal business hours, with no personal available in the office to assist me. Therefore ... read more

We found the personnel both courteous and helpful. This was a time in our lives when we were both stressed and ignorant of how the storage system worked. The gentleman in charge made it downright pleasant.

The lights have been out in the indoor storage hallway for days. It’s pitch black in there. We were lucky we had a flashlight. The entry to one end of the hallway is always locked, so we had to go all the way around to the other end which was open, but far away from our unit. Nobody is ever in the office. I realize they are having difficulty hiring help, but maybe they don’t pay enough. Anyways, somebody somewhere owns that place, and they need to check on it once in a while.

Store manager is good and is worth doing business with. Corporate office is absolute garbage. I would hate to be the store manager, “backed” by a corporate office that can’t carry its own weight.

The courteous personnel were wonderful in their willingness to explain and their knowledge. The premises were clean and uncluttered. While the items stored are not valuable, they have many memories with them. I feel they are secure.
