Trying to talk to somebody in the Oak Forest office is like trying to contact Joe Biden. Each time I was there nobody was in the office and my phone messages were never returned. If it were not such a Hassle I would move.
unit was broken into on the second day. extremely dilapidated, trash everywhere. obvious drug addicts hanging around. multiple other units clearly broken into. the security guard told me the person working the office was to return at 11 am, at 12:30 pm.

At some point the storage room late to my boxes got wet. The seal on the door was faulty and dirt constantly blew in the storage room. I did clean it out and left in good condition but yet Southern would not give me my deposit back that I had paid to A Key. I just feel like this was unfair to an elderly person on Social Security and I leave the unit very unhappyWith this policy

I have not been to my unit fore two months. I went today, Saturday, October 29th 2022 around 11am. My code did not work, The manger was not there. Closed sign on door although they are supposed to be open. Called the number and whoever answered provided multiple codes that none worked for almost 30 minutes. Finally she gave me a code that worked. Went to my unit and there was lots of insects inside and dirt. There was a unit at the end of drive with lots of content sitting outside . Like a garbage dump.
