Very expensive to maintain a storage unit. They're constantly raising prices. I had to go somewhere else, I was paying too much. There's two entry gates. One of the gates hasn't been working for over a year and have yet to get it fixed.Â

Signed up online to begin starting the rental on Sunday. I was sent a gate code and unit number. We arrived at the facility around 6pm on Sunday and the gate code didn’t work. We called the number listed for management and had to leave a message. I finally called the National number and they were able to give me a temp gate code that worked (45 min later).
