Move in apparently bought out the storage units I rent and of course up goes the rental fees 36$ a month what a joke just like most big storage facilities I'm sure it will be a yearly thing avoid at all cost I'll be moving my stuff within the month thanks for ruining a good thing. 👍

There was a break in. Someone 'cut a hole in the fence but couldn't find it' and cut open a a few units. A week after I had one load left to take and took a picture of it and left a half hour before closing. I returned the next day at 5pm and the regional manager was there to inform me I 'had left my unit open all night'. No I didn't. But sure enough the door was wide open and no lock to be seen. I informed the regional and he said it was my fault things were taken because I left the door open. I asked him why he didn't se... read more

Never received $87 refund due to me after multiple attempts. This was my first storage unit rental experience!

First off, the spaces are way overpriced! Second, they do not tell you the correct code. Third, my storage unit was filthy when I arrived with my very first load. I had to kick the nasty debris out with me feet the best I could. That was four days ago and the debris is STILL laying out in front of my storage unit.
