This place PAYS UP for their review rating. Don't be fooled, this particular location has a history of serious issues. Your property is not safe here, it's only a matter of time. Beware.

Horrible experience. They charged my daughter before she moved in and didn't inform her of extra charges and made her purchase insurance. Then when I called I talked to "ira" who informed me they wouldn't pro rate but they were charging us 105$ when it was supposed to be only $67 a month. Did not offer the promotions and then said after moving in for only 4 days, we would need to pay another $79. I asked to speak to manager. She put me on hold and then when I called back, she hung up on me every time. I would not trust th... read more

I've made several calls over the last two days to the property manager at 214-305-6216 during business hours. The phone just rings and rings. I've left two voicemails and sent an email yesterday during business hours. No one has called me back or replied to my email. I'm a brand new customer. I need to speak with the property ASAP. I'm having movers to come to my current residence. I have no way to access my storage unit. The number on the website 888-534-8593 is absolutely no help. Sent wrong gate code and was unable to get in unit when called to ask about they said it was nothing they could do and no one was at my location due to staffing issues but they made sure they took the money out of my account

Joe was the one who signed me up and he was wonderful and very helpful. He took the time to drive me around the units so I can see the actual size of the units. But that's where it ends. The unit we rented had a leak and some of our things were ruined. For the amount that these units cost they should be better taken care of. There was also an incident during our rental when they red locked my unit and I had already paid. It was like that for a week and I needed something from inside before I left out of town. I got robbed in less than 24 hours! I couldn't even lock it back because the lock was so jacked up! I had to load all of my stuff in my car! I went to try to get my money back and the front desk girl just said well, it's not fort Knox! Are you kidding me? My stuff was there less than 24 hours and I was robbed! I have yet got my money back but I have an attorney that would love to make some extra money! You people are terrible! Just give me. Y money back and I will deal with the things that were stolen!

Negligent have had recurring problems with Tully storage someone tried to break in my unit fortunately they did not succeed on taking my Brand new home appliance that I storage there .. Big concern I need to reach the owner to ask why the facility advertises security surveillance cameras when they are not functional...
