My unit was broken into and everything was taken. It was replaced with another lock so nobody knew anything about it. Except … there was a key still in it. Just my unit, in the middle of all of the others. The manager said “we saw a key in the lock and was wondering why” nobody thought maybe they should call me?

Sign up online ..receive unit but when I arrived my passcode didn’t work…office was close on 4/8/23 business hours so no help..they left a number on a paper tape to the window but nobody answered the phone ..I was on a time line

Opening account was great. Currently the light is out over my space making it hard to see and the a/c is not working on the entire hall. Your thermometer says 88 degrees inside the hall and my truck said 88 out in the drive, about 3:00 pm 4.4.23. Assisted by Diamond since your app does not list her.

WAS AT THIS DONNA LCATION FOR OVER 10 YEARS.LUIS WAS THE LAST MANAGE I WORKED WITH AND HE WAS ALWAYS 100% CUSTOMER SERVCE DRIVEN. I LOVED BEING THERE THAT WHEN I LEFT, I CRIED.....GREAT PLACE HATED TO LEAVE. .

Corporate istorage increases rent regularly, fails to provide good lighting and security cameras, limits access hours, fails to retain employees, wastes money on paint for appearance rather than on properly working doors. I was a loyal, long term, valued customer before istorage purchased the facility. My goal is to leave as soon as possible.
