When I rented the unit,I was forced to use the kiosk I was unable to reserve online as the website was down so I wasn't able to get the first month free as advertised also I was given 3 codes to get in the gate before they gave me a code that says welcome golf cart! So after an hour of trying to just get in the gate I unloaded the truck and tried to close the storage unit door and place the lock in the cylinder and it was bent from someone breaking in prior. So far I’m extremely happy with office staff (April)she took plenty of time telling me the process snd yook me back to my unit that my things will be stored!

Storage full of Mold with aluminum lining taped together .. I assume as your temp control .. yellow foam to keep mice out, mice bait boxes everywhere. Just disgusting

EDIT: DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! I left them a 5 star review before their faulty overhead garage door came down on top of my vehicle ripping off my antenna and doing $3000 worth of damage. Now they refuse to provide me with their insurance information, and will not compensate me for damages, even after the property manager viewed the security footage of the incident and agreed I was not at fault. Corporate is no help. Customer service transfers me in a circle or hangs up on me when I explain the situation. The incid... read more
If you want your stuff stolen, this is your place! What a nightmare. Units are bring broken into weekly - ours included. We had two locks on the door. When we went this weekend to clear out our items, both locks had been sawed off and one had been replaced with a lock that looked exactly like one of our originals. Not sure why, by I can speculate that they were either coming back to finish the job because they had the key or they did not want to draw any attention to it when employees do their daily checks. No complaints until the company started nagging me to complete a survey. They should give potential renters the option to opt out of ever being asked to complete a survey at the point of submitting the initial application.
