I was locked in even though I had 24hr access. So he came to our unit yelling at us. Saying we lived there and not taking any blame for our code not working. We corrected him and he came back later threatening us if we worked throughout the night. Threaten to tow our car one day and a few days later out truck for being parked on the public round in a parking spot. He blamed us for not knowing the ends and out of their website and codes. The person at the office was rude and condescending. Even after I told him that my registration had been completed online and that I'd already been assigned my unit number and passcode, he kept asking me if I'd done the Docusign. He acted as if I were stupid any time I asked a question. (I'm.a lawyer, by the way). I also have a concern about the entry into the storage facility. I stopped this morning to get stamps and never in million years expected to be called a stupid idiot and told to get the hell out of the store. I, along with another woman stood there in shock that I was being talked to this way. I asked his name and he responded name is "way smarter than you" than told me to get out again. This person needs to be fired for talking to customers the way he talked to me. Unacceptable behavior from anyone. WOW

During night time security guard is a very very scary individual. I rented a storage unit in an emergency situation because of domestic violence and himself and his girlfriend came to tell me that I needed to leave because it was 5 minutes after 9:00 and I was asking him if he could help me with the outside lock to get into the storage unit and tell me the code so that tomorrow I would have the same issue because I work late and he proceeded to start to yell and I told him hey you never know what somebody's going through you... read more

I booked in advance a 5 X 10 unit and was given confirmation, however, when we got there we were told that none of the smaller units were available and we had to get a 10 X 10 unit which was double the price. When I complained about the "bait and switch", the area manager assured me he would send an email to me and give me a discount on the unit. I have received neither the email not the rebate and I am stuck paying double cost I wanted to pay. Renter beware! They are running a bait and switch scam, I am sure when we wen... read more

The guy was so helpful and nice. So much better than the rude disrespect guy better. I really appreciate his honesty about everything. I had my clothes and refrigerator and many other things destroy by rats. The other guy who was there 2020 and 2021 didn't care. He told me there was no rats and I needed to stop saying it because his wasn't paying for anything. Anyway you have too many clothes.

I’ve been there 3 times where I interacted with staff. 2 of the 3 were with a big white lady that’s sits at the front desk. If you’re that bitter at work, maybe don’t work. The rest of the staff is great though!! Love the facility, very secure!
