Very friend and professional answered all my questions and showed me which unit I would be using and everything.

Service was fine until SSS bought the facility. Annual rate increases and demand for insurance; surly / defensive office employee was the final straw. Never received email requesting proof of insurance, so we were charged by SSS for insurance. How about a followup letter or call to make sure request was received??
All went well except for completing the agreement online. There are 2 questions on the form (military & lien) that even if you select NO you are required to complete the other data blanks. A simple N/A did the trick but I’d had to have agreement sent twice and it was time consuming. Not very user friendly - a heads up on those items would have saved time/aggravation
The prócess was explained thoughly and the young lady was very professional..
I found bed bugs in my storage. I didn’t have bed bugs when I put my things there. Now my stuff is ruined.
I've rented a month-to-month unit on Cotton St with multiple rate increases (even the manager stated I've had "quite a bit" of a rate increase). I pay for insurance but my belongings are in no way protected- there are obvious droppings from rodents, and they have started eating through my belongings. Where there are rats, there are usually snakes. If you have money to throw away and don't care about the things you store then this is your place!!!!!
The lady on the phone was awesome. She helped rent my locker. I was very un happy when I go to my locker. It had not been swept from the inside and from the outside my door had a lot of dried up leaves in front of it. My locker was not ready My name is Oscar Alvarado Phone number (210) 2744378
We like the location and cleanliness but the access hours of 7-7pm are regular business hours. By the time I get home from work it’s too late to access storage. I can’t even stop by before work because you don’t open early enough. We have rented several storage units and this is the first one that I can not access during the week. For this reason I would not rent and would not recommend
