We had bad experience with right space storage somebody broke into our storage at Westwood there’s homeless lives in our storage coz they left trash when we visited yesterday they stole all our valuables stuff inside….very very bad experience 👎👎👎👎👎

I pick because of location. I wanted a 10/15 they did not have. I had to take a 10/20, at a price of 290.00 a month about 70.00 over market value. I ask about a 6 month leases was told they only did month to month.

Dear Robert, We are experience a shortage of sizes at many of our locations. In this case, at our 40th Street location in San Bernardino, we do not have any 10x15 vacancies as you’ve mentioned. The 10x20 unit that you rented is at market value, but our quantity of this size is also low. We have a sister facility 4 miles away in San Bernardino on Kendall Drive that does have 10x15 units at a lower rate. I wanted to drop off something at 6pm after work, there is no lighting around the storage area i am leasing, I could barely see the number on the unit...there should be flood lights around all of your units. No personnel is ever available on site. Most likely I will not be keeping this unit.....
They lost a money order that I put in a broken box. THE HAVE NO CAMERAS AND HAVEN'T FOR 15 MONTHS TO SEE WHO TOOK IT. FALSE ADVERTISING. ANYONE UP FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT. I NEED MONEY TO PAY STORAGE BECAUSE THEY ARE NEVER WRONG.

Raised the cost of rental with no notice after 4 months. They say they can raise the cost at anytime. Beware if you sign a lease they will eventually raise your rate. They hook you with a good price then pull the bait and switch
