Love the unit very clean and nice but the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me.
Mice, mice, mice. Not happy with them destroying my boxed inventory. My new product inventory is being used by mice to build nest. They chew through the bottom corner of the boxes. They are so bad that I plan to move as soon as possible.
This location has the front access gate down for more than 2 months and the building has a rodent smell and also there is no customer service they make sure not to contact you if you’re late until after they access a late fee and restrict access and I asked about a courtesy reminder and was told it’s not their job to do that when all that needs to be done is schedule reminders in your payment program I reminders about all my bills cell phone car payments insurance and credit cards but it’s good to know this company is far to... read more

Thorough, friendly, professional at all times.
The new Manger sucks, walks up to people and goes Huh huh, and don’t state who he is and looks in your storage unit looks at the number, because you was allowed to use the dumpster before. As long as you do not throw it on the ground. A man does not walk up to a woman by herself and not state who he is. Than has a attitude with you. If I was going to Illegally dump then I wouldn’t of called in on his butt. After I get this storage unit cleaned out, I will not be back. Thank you for 4 years of business
