Amazing all around they go above and beyond a oil change they greas your door hinges, fill up your tires, clean your windshield and windows and are super friendly 10/10 recommend and would come back again

Would be 5 stars because I was very pleased with the entire process BUT the oil filter is NOT included in the price! I couldn't believe it when I got my invoice. They charged $7 for the filter and $3 for a 4 wheel drive. Add the waste oil fee and the cost jumps $15. I love the convenience and the service you get. So friendly n knowledgeable just too expensive so I stick with Big O on tnornydale it's just hard to have wait around so oilstop you pay for convenience for sure

I was in need of an oil change and I was pretty worried thinking this place would turn me down and say they're near closing. However. I was amazed with their excellent service. Great value and excellent service thank you to the workers that work hear. I highly recommend this place to those in need of an oil change and Transmission change as well

I've been to Oil Stop for my last four or five oil changes and even had a transmission flush done there a couple visits ago. My most recent visit completely destroyed any trust I had in this place. I came in for a synthetic oil change, and within minutes another employee tried to tell me my transmission fluid was "dirty" and urgently needed a flush. I used to like this place but at my most recent visit they assigned to me a complete rookie who would have been perfectly happy putting in the wrong oil if I hadn't caught him. Plus the same rookie used the wrong air pressure for the tires

These guys really take forever. It's a lot of unnecessary walking around. Spending too much time away from You and your vehicle. I felt like I was waiting forever for the most simple things to get done. Going back and fourth between customers instead of having 1 person assigned to every vehicle. You're gonna be here for a while and I kid you not I was waiting for maybe 45 minutes just to get into the bay and I was 2nd in line. In the bay was no different. Lots and lots of jumping around with no purpose.

Was a long wait for 2 vehicles in front of us. Seemed competent & fairly polite for being a hot day. My concern is next day my fuel sensor light came on & then the engine light came on. Waiting to get in for check but seems odd coincidence for a jeep that has always ran great. Will update with results
