I've been taking my car here since living in Tucson, and they've been great every time. Very straightforward with what they're doing each step of the oil change. They try to sell you things along the way, but there is no pressure to add anything additional. They provide beverages while waiting in your car as well as a free car wash. Overall a good value for the service received.
I was very pleased with the service I received at Oilstop In Tucson. I was traveling and in need of an oil change. it was about 101 degrees that day. I was thankful to find this place because my tires needed to be aired properly and I wanted to be sure all my fluids were topped off. RC greeted me when I pulled up and she had the nicest smile. I have been an OILSTOP customer for 4 + years...always loved their friendly/professional service but I purchased a new Nissan Rogue and after 2000 miles took it in the Tucson oilstop for a synthetic oil change....what a negative difference. Everyone seemed new, not friendly at all , and they did not seem competent at the service .....took me 1hr 25min to get service completed. Sorry to say, back to The Walmart on Cortero Rd. First, I have to make it known that it may cost you less money to go to Walmart, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I've taken my van here a few times and the service has always been good and quick, but last week it was more than that. I am 7m pregnant and was headed out of town. While I was running errands with my toddler, my van's oil life notification popped on and I came here. I've been bringing my four cars to this place for more than 20 years. I describe the place to friends as a Jiffy Lube that has been taken over by the Marines. The manager is always smiling and friendly. The whole staff is great. Well run! A shout out to Jessie, who got my windshield cleaner that it's ever been since it was new.

Everyone was very friendly! We were in a rush so even while feeling a little impatient, their happy attitudes were contagious! I'm not a car person and figure they have to ask about multiple things but never felt pressure to do anything. Any question they answered honestly! I'm glad we chose to stop here during our road trip. They also offered free drinks which was nice.
I live in LA but I always schedule my oil changes for when I frequently visit my parents in Tucson. The Mariana, AZ location is the only place to go. They are outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure. I've never had a single negative thing happen in the years I've taken my car there.

We drove up and we're greeted by Damon very friendly and kind and nice they always offer a beverage! And Caiden assisted us he was so nice and cool very easy to talk to. I love that this place shows you everything about your car instead of a dealership that takes your car and then wants you to upgrade all these things. They showed me on the spot my filter and my pressure cap and everything and gave me the option and prices to fix things/replace things. I will definitely be coming back and prices are pretty fair!
I've been taking my vehicles to this location for at least 15 years. I've had six Toyotas, to include my latest, my 4Runner, my pride and joy. Kenroy and Kat are amazing! There are closer, and cheaper places, but nowhere in Tucson matches the professionalism and efficiency of this Chevron Oilstop. Kudos to the entire team.
