These guys really take forever. It's a lot of unnecessary walking around. Spending too much time away from You and your vehicle. I felt like I was waiting forever for the most simple things to get done. Going back and fourth between customers instead of having 1 person assigned to every vehicle. You're gonna be here for a while and I kid you not I was waiting for maybe 45 minutes just to get into the bay and I was 2nd in line. In the bay was no different. Lots and lots of jumping around with no purpose.

Was a long wait for 2 vehicles in front of us. Seemed competent & fairly polite for being a hot day. My concern is next day my fuel sensor light came on & then the engine light came on. Waiting to get in for check but seems odd coincidence for a jeep that has always ran great. Will update with results

Absolutely obnoxious person named Kenny or something like that answered the phone and based of this interaction alone I would never take my car there but to top it off their prices are OUTRAGEOUS $65 on my incredibly old car when I can get it for $25 elsewhere.

Fast and caring service. I like that they show you how dirty your fluids are. Then, give you the opportunity to make a good decision.

Very professional and easy to communicate with. The auto shop across the street quoted me over double what Oilstop did to change my transmission fluid. My service was completed in less than 15 minutes and I was even offered a cold beverage multiple times in that time. Huge shout out to the entire team, thank you so much!

I am giving four stars for several reasons, 1) they were quick to great me, 2) offered a beverage (never had an oil change place do that), 3) put protective coverings over the car, 4) checked all tire air pressures, and 5) lubed all hood and door hinges. I am docking one star because they asked to check the cabin air filter. I let them, it was definitely dirty and need to be replaced. They said they would replace it for an additional $50. amazing service. The employees did not oversell any extras. Tire pressure, window, cleaning and other services provided with oil change. Plus $15 off coupon.

I needed an oil change, and due to my schedule, and appointment with my regular guy would not work. I cringed at the though of the "other' oil change place, so I tried Oil Stop. I was pleasantly surprised. You stay in your car, and they put towels on your car so they do not get oil or such on it. They also offer AC piped in to the car while you wait. This has gotta be the best car service I've ever received. Michael and Jalyn helped me when I went, they were very polite and thorough. They consistently updated me through all the steps and explained things I didn't understand. They offered my passenger and I complimentary drinks and cold air in my vehicle while we waited with the engine off. Price wasn't bad either, and they didn't pressure me into paying for anything I didn't want. I will definitely be returning!
