This has gotta be the best car service I've ever received. Michael and Jalyn helped me when I went, they were very polite and thorough. They consistently updated me through all the steps and explained things I didn't understand. They offered my passenger and I complimentary drinks and cold air in my vehicle while we waited with the engine off. Price wasn't bad either, and they didn't pressure me into paying for anything I didn't want. I will definitely be returning!

Seriously pleasant experience- techs have always been cheerful and courteous to me and to each other. Great to see this in today's non- service climate. Excellent job!

Literally the best and cutest service... they all yell to each other.. the steps that they are doing... they seem to have fun and keep the communication going... just think it's cute... and also.... About my 5th time here... great service and my car seems to like it too....

No waiting the day I arrived, just pulled right in. The technician that waited on me was very clear on what each service I requested would include as far as oil, type etc. I was very satisfied with my experience. I'll return the next time my car is ready for fluid changes.

Waited in line for over 2 hours. Checked in by the first attendant who quoted a price to me. Second attendant provided the written quote to me, (as I had at this time pulled into the garage after 2 1/2 hours of waiting), and they provided a total price that was well over double the amount from the first attendant's estimate to me for the same oil change request. I've been taking my car here since living in Tucson, and they've been great every time. Very straightforward with what they're doing each step of the oil change. They try to sell you things along the way, but there is no pressure to add anything additional. They provide beverages while waiting in your car as well as a free car wash. Overall a good value for the service received.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Oilstop In Tucson. I was traveling and in need of an oil change. it was about 101 degrees that day. I was thankful to find this place because my tires needed to be aired properly and I wanted to be sure all my fluids were topped off. RC greeted me when I pulled up and she had the nicest smile. She gave me cold water And did what she could to make it a great experience. It took a little longer than I wanted, but well worth it. I traveled another 3500 miles over the next 10 day... read more

I have been an OILSTOP customer for 4 + years...always loved their friendly/professional service but I purchased a new Nissan Rogue and after 2000 miles took it in the Tucson oilstop for a synthetic oil change....what a negative difference. Everyone seemed new, not friendly at all , and they did not seem competent at the service .....took me 1hr 25min to get service completed. Sorry to say, back to The Walmart on Cortero Rd. First, I have to make it known that it may cost you less money to go to Walmart, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I've taken my van here a few times and the service has always been good and quick, but last week it was more than that. I am 7m pregnant and was headed out of town. While I was running errands with my toddler, my van's oil life notification popped on and I came here.
