My ac went out and old republic went a man out. The ac was covered under ******* factory warranty that only covered the parts. So I had to pay $1200 to the guy they sent out. It lasted 3 weeks. They sent out another guy who confirmed that what the first guy did completely destroyed the outside unit. Old republic said would pay for it. 2 weeks later I had to call to find out they won't be paying for it. Not only am I still out ac because of the man they sent out but now it will be $3500 to replace it.

ORHP was pretty good and responsive but the contractor (Mastertex Appliance Repair) they used is worthless. Never could fix my oven issues yet ORHP still charged me $85 twice because they had to call out the same contractor twice. I ended up calling another contractor on my own to get the issue fixed and ended up paying full price. ORHP added zero value.

Old Republic, I would love it if someone would take care of my service requests or call me back after placing the request on your website. I placed a service request on 03/12/24 for my refrigerator and microwave. This was a bad experience. The provider was terrible. He was at the house for a total of 10 minutes. The reason for the service call was that our oven/stove was not working. He didn't do anything. He told us that the problem was electrical, and we needed to call an electrician. He didn't even pull the oven out. When we pulled it out, we saw that there was a loose wire that was connected to the stove. We tightened it up and the stove works perfectly. I have been having a furnace problem for several months now. We have had three different contractors working on the problem, and no one has solved the problem. They all say it's an old unit and needs to be replaced.They all have said that Old Republic doesn't like to replace HVAC units

We have three service calls pending with this firm and they have failed to perform on two on these service calls. I have spent tens of hours on the phone with various compartments of this firm without receiving the service requested or even a follow up.

I would give a zero if I could. Worst service ever!! They send out the most incompetent unprofessional people to work on your issue. However, they dont fix the issue.

He fixed the dishwasher. But the refrigerator was working for 1 day. The next day he Axis said they need to order a part an will be in in 7-9 days. He came back 7 days later with no part and said it's a different problem. He spoke very little to no ************* couldn't communicate with him. He moved the unit without clearing the top an broke a mug and a glass. Not professional at all.
