4 years with this company and they lost my business forever. Believe the bad reviews. I put in a request for my hot water heater leaking yesterday morning. You call them and they make every effort to not help. I've been on the phone with them since Friday and here I am again trying to get my fridge fixed. They tell you they can transfer the service request to a competent in-network contractor then make every effort not to transfer to another contractor. Earlier one of the agents stated a microwave has the same urgency as a refrigerator. Make it make sense. They have conflicting information by different agents. Do not work with this company.

Totally disappointed with them. My garbage disposal stopped working in my new house, they denied the claim saying that it might have been broken earlier. The home inspection report says it was working. This should have been covered but they refused to do it and I ended up spending $550 for replacing my garbage disposal cause they recommended me to get it done by a certified plumber only.

I have filed 4 claims that have all been denied for technicalities. The last claim denied was for a water leak, a key thing that should be covered. Do not waste your money. *** spent $1500 on the policies and deductibles to have every claim denied. This business is a sham.

Paying for a home warranty that does not cover ANYTHING and charges outrageous service fees for jobs that can not even be covered. The communication when scheduling these home warranty visits is subpar as even when told what the issue is, knowing that it wont be covered, they still charge the $85, send someone out and then we find out its not covered. Definitely do not recommend. Its unfortunate because this is an incentive when buying a home but in reality a waste of time and money.

ORHP hires subpar contractors or service provider for their trade calls. For the first incident, it took them 3 days to send someone out to "inspect" a clog that I found 2 days after I moved in. There were no communication for over a week after the initial inspection for the fix.
