The plumber came out and could not find the leak. I have pictures of the water heater and where it was leaking. Additionally I had to purchase the water heater and install it myself. Total sham.

Waited for 10 days for toilet replacement but no one came. Called Old Republic multiple times and they didn't do anything but telling me to wait. The last time I called, they got impatient and hung up my phone

Every contractor this has sent to my home has done shotty work at best. U havehad the same contractor come 3 tmes for the same problem. A simple backed up pipe. Well when i called a new contractor they ran a camera down the drain and actually found the problem. I am out of Old Republic' s terrible choice of screenng contractors. Unfortunately, it was the company that was given when the hime was purchased.

They are the least responsive company I have ever dealth with in decades. I have and had two issues. The first is a dishwasher and their repair reps could not get the parts (and still do not have all the parts) to fix it for a month or two. They state their repair company put in one part but it was found brand new still in the box. After waiting indefinitely and them refusing for us to go out of network to a company that had the parts and could fix the dishwasher we finally purchased a new one. They have refused to reimburse... read more

I am writing not because I expect anything but because working with your Service Request Process was the worst. I will not renew my contract with you. I never want to go through that experience again. EVER! I am in the customer service business so I have some knowledge of how this is done. I had a worst experience with my last service request. When I called to get a permission to get issue taken care at the soonest by outside network contractor it played automated message giving authorization to take care of the issue with amount less than $250. I submitted itemized receipt after I took care of the issue by outside network contractor. Company was unable to facilitate service in 12 days from initial call and said errors in communication with svc provider does not matter and after 5 calls to old republic they finally got svc provider out and delay doesn't matter and still responsible even with their errors

Very bad/poor customer services. I file a service in Sept 19,2023 for the 3rd time they fix same refrigerator. Until now its Oct 30,2023 still my refrigerator is not fix or even updated whats going on in the service i need. Every week i would call they say the same thing someone will get back to me? But almost 2 mo tha now where is the service i need???
