Old Republic is a great home warranty company. Everytime I called them with an issue they quickly had it taken care of. Their customer service is outstanding.. Everyone is very helpful & courteous. One time I had a plumbing issue. They couldn't get a hold of a plumber in my area;. So I got a plumber and they approved the issue. I had to pay but they reimbursed in a very timely matter. I am definately keeping Old Republic Home warranty. I also refer them to everyone I know

Amazing company, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, I would have given 5 stars and this was not really their fault, but my first experience with them was with an extremely terrible plumbing company, that did nothing but made things worse, It was my hot water heater and I was out of hot water for over a month or more. I would be wise if they would make sure that the contractors could actually do the job. Overall great company.

Old Republic was helpful to put us in touch with the service providers, but they don't really follow up with them... it takes days for me to schedule etc. When I mentioned this to them, they just said that they cannot do much about it. In a sense, they did the work of connecting me to the service provider and doing the reimbursement (minus $75). But the quality of service was not very good. On the plus side, they did not dispute that the washing machine was broken. I am grateful to them for handling that smoothly.

I called for a water heater problem. I was promptly called by a plumbing company and the problem was taken care of with the best plumbing guy from ************** of *********. They are the best

Called with a pool problem and even called back and asked that they add motor and electric to the order, which they did. Pool repairman was very quick in responding and figured out the problem very quickly. I have used Old Republic since 2008 and have only had a couple of things that were not covered.

As always, fast professioal,friendly service. My water heater was leaking, could not be repaired. They had it replaced by the next morning.
