We had an excellent experience from the time we reported to the time it was repaired by ****** who repaired our fridge and was very professional. Called when he was coming out and again when he had the replacement part to install the very next day. Very pleased with our service and Old Republic.

The whole experience was really good. I was amazed by their service and prompt action. I know the contractor that comes to the house might provide different level of service but the agents at Old republic were great!

I have had to utilize Old Republic 3 times in the last few weeks. All 3 times there was a small hold time (under 5 minutes) which seems very reasonable as my calls were late in the day or after hours. The people who I spoke with were very pleasant and efficient with helping me find assistance. They had technicians service my washer and dryer within 24 hours and repairs were completed in one visit.
