I called for a water heater problem. I was promptly called by a plumbing company and the problem was taken care of with the best plumbing guy from ************** of *********. They are the best
Called with a pool problem and even called back and asked that they add motor and electric to the order, which they did. Pool repairman was very quick in responding and figured out the problem very quickly. I have used Old Republic since 2008 and have only had a couple of things that were not covered.
As always, fast professioal,friendly service. My water heater was leaking, could not be repaired. They had it replaced by the next morning.
Old Republic help resolved my issues with the plumber who did not correct my problem, but charged anyway. I would totally recommend Old Republic Home Warranty to anyone who desire excellent service.
The appliance guy they sent was terrific, he was able to diagnose the problem with the microwave in minutes, had the replacement part, installed, tested, the replaced the cover and re-installed above the stove.All this took place in the 1 hour he was here!We're totally pleased with Old Republic, second time they've been here! Well worth the monthly expense!!

Quick response from Old Republic. Gas stove oven quit working. The repair company responded pretty quick and of course being a weekend it was a day or two before they came but my only cost was the $75 service fee. Fixed in minutes and still working fine. My first call to Old Republic so hoping the service continues to be as good as this was.
Have had a home warranty with Old Republic for many years. We have never had a problem when we have had issues that needed attention. They have responded quickly to get the problems resolved.
