I have used ORHP for several months now and have never encountered a problem getting service. I have put in service calls for a refrigerator and for the *** The refrigerator was fixed to my satisfaction and while the ** repair took almost a week, I wasn't in dire need so it wasn't a big deal.

We have had ORHP on our homes since ****. We have always been satisfied, never disappointed. This winter our furnace failed during a snow storm. Verifying we had a fireplace for heat, the **** vendor came out the next day and repaired the furnace. Just recently our A/C went out. Again, the vendor verified we had an alternate cooling, and arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately the needed circuit board wasnt readily available. My electrical problem was solved/repaired in 1 day. Reported problem online, electrician was out within 6 hours and it was fixed. I was impressed with the rapid response and solution.

It took a while before someone made it out but it's understandable due to the extreme heat. Once he got here he did not have the right freon for my unit so I had to wait until he could get it and then when it was convenient for him to head back to me. As he had several other calls to answer as well. But he kept in contact with me and took care of the issue

Very quick response to my online service request. The company they referred us to scheduled an appointment very quickly too. We've had good service from this company for years.

They took my request and sent it immediately to a provider. And, they gave me the name and phone number of the provider without asking for it - so I could contact the provider if I didn't hear from them that day. All went very smoothly

We have had Old Republic Home Protection [ORHP] for our primary residence for over 5 years and counting! We also have a few rental properties under their warranty, I wish I could have all our properties under ORHP! We have also had Choice Warranty, ********************* ******* Plus to name a few; and as a homeowner/property owner ORHP is the best warranty by a long shot!
