I have had to utilize Old Republic 3 times in the last few weeks. All 3 times there was a small hold time (under 5 minutes) which seems very reasonable as my calls were late in the day or after hours. The people who I spoke with were very pleasant and efficient with helping me find assistance. They had technicians service my washer and dryer within 24 hours and repairs were completed in one visit. Called for possible ungrounded wall outlet. ******** came out and said its unknown but he will replace the outlet and tried different plugs to make it happen. He didnt have to but he really gave me peace of mind

Old Republic was courtesy and patient with me and let me explain my need. They had a vendor calling me within 30 minutes, and was at my house just two hours later repairing my water heater. No fun taking cold showers! They were incredible!!!
