This company is not great. I called to submit a concern that the ** company they used keeps coming out and not fixing the issue only for Old Republic to keep charging us $100 for each time this company comes out. The agent, not wanting to hear my complaint just hangs up on me. Mind you, every call to them takes 45m-an hour to get to an agent. This company is deceptive and fraudulent. It says everywhere on their website and marketing brochure that claims can be submitted on their website portal 24/7. This is deceptive. After my 30 day waiting period, I attempted to access the portal and there were no options to submit claims. When I called in to ask, I was told there was an additional waiting period (so now 60 days?!) to submit on the website. The customer service women was incredibly rude and condescending. Im extremely disappointed in ORHP and their deceptive, exhausting claims process. After two years of repeat AC issues, including three refrigerant leaks, their technician finally acknowledged our system (evaporator coil and condenser) needed replacing. Yet ORHP refused to cover the full repair, instead demanding $1,050 in non-covered charges including items that are clearly covered under our Silver Plan.We asked for written documentation citing what page or exclusion supports these charges nothing. ******** customer service. I had a Home ****************** claim through ORHP, and this firm was assigned to the the claim. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls even after multiple attempts to engage. Definitely a company to avoid.

ORHP has under performed yet again. We needed a new AC unit and ORHP sent us a completely unvetted company. I called ORHP during the installation to warn them of what I was witnessing and how the new AC unit would likely have issues as a result. ORHP stated that they had called the company, and the company would stand behind its work. SO nothing more was done. Fast forward 3 months (when it's 110 in Phoenix) and guess what broke? I’ve had my policy since 2018, a couple of small claims no problem. I first contacted ORHP on June 9 about my ac not working. Service provider came out on the 10 and said I needed a new compressor and he would submit info. I contacted ORHP around the 15 to check status. Was told they were waiting on me to confirm additional charges on my part (no contact from ORHP to me). I approved the charges and was told it would be 7-10 business days. As of this writing I've been on hold for over 50 minutes, calling during business hours. No callback option. No status of how long until a rep will pick up. It's 2025 and simple customer service skills are non-existent. As for their coverage, don't bother. We paid extra for AC coverage, was told only $500 would be covered and we'd have to pay $2,600. What's the point of getting the extra AC coverage if it won't be fully covered. No way to change plan coverages either, you buy one tier and it seems as if you're stuck with it... read more

Easily the worst home warranty company . i could have given zero rating , but could not , so giving a 1 star rating 1. i got a water heater installed as part of plan in 2021 2.
