Don't even think about using this Disgusting, Horrible, Company.I have the Gold Service.If you call them and say that you are a new customer, they will pick up the phone immediately.If you are one of the unfortunates. like me, who actually subscribed and paid for their service, you will be placed on forever hold. This company is not great. I called to submit a concern that the ** company they used keeps coming out and not fixing the issue only for Old Republic to keep charging us $100 for each time this company comes out. The agent, not wanting to hear my complaint just hangs up on me. Mind you, every call to them takes 45m-an hour to get to an agent. This company is deceptive and fraudulent. It says everywhere on their website and marketing brochure that claims can be submitted on their website portal 24/7. This is deceptive. After my 30 day waiting period, I attempted to access the portal and there were no options to submit claims. When I called in to ask, I was told there was an additional waiting period (so now 60 days?!) to submit on the website. The customer service women was incredibly rude and condescending. Im extremely disappointed in ORHP and their deceptive, exhausting claims process. After two years of repeat AC issues, including three refrigerant leaks, their technician finally acknowledged our system (evaporator coil and condenser) needed replacing. ******** customer service. I had a Home ****************** claim through ORHP, and this firm was assigned to the the claim. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls even after multiple attempts to engage. Definitely a company to avoid.
