Got this USELESS warranty from seller when I bought my last house. They need to be investigated for fraudulent business practices.Pool filters housing top dome cracked and instead of covering it they keep claiming my filter cartridges caused the problem even though the 2nd tech they sent told me your pool cartridges have nothing to do with a cracked filter housing dome. I have renewed my policy for 12 years, when I filed my claim 4 days ago because of a malfunctioning ac unit in ******* when it is over *********************************************************************************** Not only am I hot, Im even more mad that they charged me for it, and still waiting for a result. Ive called the contractor assigned who doesnt answer multiple times, as well as old republic 3 times - when you are paying top dollar for a service, I expect a little more in return

Terrible. Wonder if I should get a lawyer. Our AC has been out for a month. They have sent 5 people from 3 different companies to fix our ******* ** unit. All of them say they need a ******* specific service person with the right diagnostic equipment. But old republic just says that they dont have a contract with *******. Very bad customer service. They had a ********************** they scheduled to come look at our dishwasher. After 2 days that company says they won't come. They find another company that only comes to town Thursdays. So 2 weeks go by finally have the company come look at it. They say the front control board is bad and it's no longer available. I called Old Republic Home Warranty, my home warranty insurance. I paid their service fee of $100. It was my understanding that I could use a contractor of my choice. I filed a work order with **** and they sent out a in network company. It was for a water pressure tank. Long story short, the job was not completed by the company, I called ORHW multiple times because the company is demanding double the charges and old republic is doing nothing to help me even though they are MY warrenty company that I payed alot of money for.
