I am writing not because I expect anything but because working with your Service Request Process was the worst. I will not renew my contract with you. I had a worst experience with my last service request. When I called to get a permission to get issue taken care at the soonest by outside network contractor it played automated message giving authorization to take care of the issue with amount less than $250. I submitted itemized receipt after I took care of the issue by outside network contractor. Company was unable to facilitate service in 12 days from initial call and said errors in communication with svc provider does not matter and after 5 calls to old republic they finally got svc provider out and delay doesn't matter and still responsible even with their errors

Very bad/poor customer services. I file a service in Sept 19,2023 for the 3rd time they fix same refrigerator. Until now its Oct 30,2023 still my refrigerator is not fix or even updated whats going on in the service i need. Every week i would call they say the same thing someone will get back to me? But almost 2 mo tha now where is the service i need??? I feel compelled to share my unsatisfactory experience with Old Republic, as it certainly did not meet my expectations.Firstly, my interactions with the **************** Representatives were less than ideal. The literal worst. We bought our house aprx April 1, the air went out the first time in May. It has not consistently worked since (now October). We live in ******* - with temperatures at 115 in the summer. They keep coming out and piecemeal fixes instead of replacing it and it breaks again 3 weeks later. Horrible service. Long wait times. People do not call back for weeks. Our AC unit malfunctioned due to a natural malfunction. Yet their contractor they sent out said the unit malfunctioned due to construction dust - we dont even know what that is. I hired our own AC contractor, sent them the report from our ac contractor and our home inspection - everything matches that the unit malfunctioned. No call back for 3 weeks. I purchased a new refrigerator from ***************** in 19 2019 I called old republic for home protection. The icemaker and the LED lights on my refrigerator thats barely 3 1/2 years old went out. I paid his service provider $85 to come and inspect the unit. I have called Old Republic three times today August 16 was the last phone call at 9:05 AM I was informed they are not replacing the icemaker. They are not replacing the LED lights. Typical home warranty company that doesnt cover what goes wrong with the house!! People ask me whats the best home warranty company, I always say none of them. I have had multiple contractors all saying to call another contractor because we cant help you. I literally paid a service fee and still have the same plumbing problem. What. Joke!
