The box never came . called and they said they sent out a new box gave me the date . Box never came .. They claim they sent out a new box and that i would be credited the full amount.. I have been a loyal customer of Omaha Steaks for years. I give them to my family as gifts. I never had a bad experience until recently with the beef rib eye steaks, #497. They were sent to me as a gift. These steaks do not resemble any ribeye I have ever seen and have little to no marbling. The worst part is they are so tough that they compare to a bottom round steak. Terrible waste of money !! Beef had no flavor at all . Burgers were full of red dye .

ordered then wanted to add to order, could not find me. ok so I called them they said my card was bad never happen / so I called my card they said Omaha tried to charge me 4 times in 5 mins so they flagged them~ they are nuts

Called their customer service dept. First I can find your order and then said they sent an email to someone about delayed deliver which was not me. Then they said they sent another email but my email was shut down? The excuses were one after another. He said he was authorized to send me a $25 gift card but I told him to keep it since I would have to use it if I placed another order. They did not communicate late order to me via phone or correct email!

The Ohama steaks store 140 in Westminster Colorado do not honor the sale prices they send you in their emails causing a total waste of their customers time and gas. My wife and I have purchased hundreds of dollars in this store in the past few years but after today's total waste of time trip over there on 4/15/27where a very rude store employee refused to honor their sale price sent to me via email. I reached out to Omaha Steaks via email and per their website, they would respond in 24-hours. It’s been over a week and absolutely no response. We bought their frozen chicken breasts and found the order to be rubbery. Inedible and very disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, now, given their utter lack of response I’ll shop elsewhere. Do better! Very disappointing.

These are not worth the money paid by my sister and father. They bought our family Steaks, Chops, chicken and burgers along with all of the sides to go with them. The meat is mediocre, I can get better at Walmart!! The sides are bland, how can you ruin sweet potatoes?? The apple dumpling/tarts were good but not great.
