Received a box of a variety of Omaja steaks and chicken as a bday gift from a friend. I opened immediately and found an empty bag of where dry ice should have been and contents were just cool. I opened the boxes and all the meats had started to defrost! Not safe eating these items. Not to mention a large hair was also found inside. Disgusting.

I don't understand what is going on with a company that is nationally renowned like Omaha Steaks to not fulfill simple orders or at least give updates better. Ordered a package for 39.99 on 3/4, and as of 3/11 there is no update or change indicated. It just says not shipped. What is going on here? How does this company have a 1 star rating after decades of great service and products? Am I missing something?

After ordering I got an email telling me to finish the order, I already paid with PayPal and sent them the receipt. They keep sending me emails saying I need to finish the order but no response from them other than the computer generated email. Spend your money locally and you won't get burned

Missing Items in Order. They argue until you read receipt to them, then they offer some ridiculous small refund when you have proved your point. I also received a partially thawed out order, not frozen. No one in customer service replied to my message for that mess. I decided to try them, again. Now missing items. They do not stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I expect when I pay those prices for stakes I should be able to cut and chew them. I got 3 different cuts and all were tough I will be throwing the rest away uncooked I will not buy again I can get better quality at Walmart

You need to pay attention to the reviews (so many low stars). You won't be in business long if you don't care about customer feedback. Those of us making purchases will certainly look at your online reviews. I regret sooooooo much that I didn't before placing an order. You have lost this customer. Your pics on website are not reflective of the product you send. I have never spent so much money on a product and received so little. I won't use your site or produce again!!!!

Don't waste your money! I ordered fillet mignon packs for myself and my father. The bacon wrapped fillets were poor quality end cuts of split fillets with an attempt at trimming out the fat. The butcher cut are mediocre. Buy steaks locally and get better quality for far less money.
