Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Caused me severe anxiety attack dealing with phone calls for almost an hour only to have them suggest I cancel my order

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I have ordered through Omaha Steaks for years and never had a problem! I ordered in November of 2023 and had nothing but problems! My packages were delivered open, boxes were cut open, boxes not glued or taped, the outer styrofoam box was smashed and so much more to text! I had and sent pictures for all damaged boxes! The meats are not worth the price. Can buy better at a super market. For the price could actually get more meat at super market. Hamburgers are awful. I am on SS, and limited income I decided to try the beef package now I have all this nasty meat in my freezer. Never again.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Four times in a row I received hot bloody meat chicken juice and beef blood everywhere. I can’t throw rotten meat in my trash so I have to take it to the Dump. Do not order from this company!!!!!!!

I placed an order and spent 20 minutes with a guy on July 17th for his birthday. I called yesterday not only talked to two people and said they will have it to them today. Almost a week later. So I just called back again and nobody can find it. Never again. Don D

We received our complete order nicely frozen and on time. The first item I chose to use was the Beef Bourguignon. The directions said to bake at 400 for 60 minutes. It took another 30 minutes to heat up. The sauce was good, but the ingredients were disappointing. Beside water, potatoes were the second ingredient listed, and there were LOTS of them. At my request my daughter gave me 4 ribeye steaks for father's day, 2024. They arrived on time, were completely frozen and beautifully packaged. I carefully thawed two of them, seasoned them with Omaha Steak seasoning and cooked them to medium. I am an expreience griller. The resultant steaks were the worst I can recall. They were tough, chewy and dry. I tried cutting them into thin pieces and dousing them with barbeque sauce but nothing helped. I am extremely dissapointed! This one is no stars for me.

If I could leave zero stars I would! What I ordered, and what I received, were nothing comparable. Fat gristle, just disgusting. Obviously I didn't expect it to look like the pictures... But I certainly didn't expect it to be horrible quality!! I wish I could add photos. I have the same experience with a gift box I received. Just Disgraceful!
