We have had only good experiences with their products. The steak burgers taste like meat used to taste like about 50 years ago. Those of us who are older are well aware of the degradation of the products currently offered in grocery and warehouse stores. It is good to have this service as they don’t require a subscription and the prices are comparable to visiting a butcher but with no wait or lead time. Family enjoys the great taste of all meats we have tried.

I was hesitant to order the Omaha steaks package because of all the negative reviews and I am so glad I did not listen to those reviews I received the steak burgers the pork the hot dogs the fillets and chicken breasts and I am fully convinced that the people who left negative reviews just don't know how to cook or season everything we received was absolutely amazing everything arrived Frozen and on time as far as people complaining about the portion size those are real people portions we absolutely have loved everything and... read more

Had the Pure Ground Beef Rib Burgers (6 oz) tonight for dinner. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Pan seared in 1 tbs of butter. Cooked simply and served with usual fixings. Will definitely order again. Service and delivery excellent. I recommend Omaha Steaks AND BURGERS.

We received a Omaha Steaks gift card from a friend. On May 5, 2026 (10am), we called the retail "Tower" store in Omaha and left a message to call us back. We wanted to check on availability before driving to the store. At 11:15am we gave up and called the 173rd and ********* location to check on availability. The employee who answered said they, had the ********************* (CAT) in stock so we drove out to get some. We went the 11 miles (one way) and entered the store. I ordered 8 bone-in NY strips and they were so thin it was almost impossible to get them med-rare on the grill. We served them to guests and were embarrassed. Maybe their fillets are better, but I'm not going chance wasting money to find out.

I bought over $200 worth of meat I could have bought for $80 at my local grocery store. A complete rip-off. I'm actually going to give some feedback to the radio station I heard the 50% sale from to let them know i'll never trust another add i hear from them. These people are scam artists.

I placed an order for $150, and the estimated delivery date was the next day, which was fine, I accepted it. However, the next day I received an email stating that the order had been shipped, without any further details. The tracking information showed nothing, so I decided to contact customer service via chat, which took 15 minutes for an agent to respond. The answer I received was: "I'm sorry, but I don't know what time your order will be delivered." Disappointing!

The quality of service has declined significantly over the past couple of years. This does not seem to be the same company that I was accustomed to doing business with. Recommend anyone looking for great service and quality of product go to the numerous competitors that can easily meet expectations. The delivery speed, quality of products and customer service of Omaha Steaks is not like past experiences any longer. Very unfortunate as I have been a loyal and dedicated customer over the years. I have ordered Omaha Steaks as gifts for years. I ordered 5 different gifts for this past Christmas. Two of them were delivered completely thawed, not even cool. I attempted to call customer service, and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. The next day, I carved out time in my day to call again. I stayed on hold for just over an hour.
