The steaks in the box were not frozen even though everything else was frozen. Spoke to three reps there and the last person quoted USDA policy and assured me the steaks were okay to eat. They offered nothing to fix their error. Do not use these people.

This fall of 2025 thay have advertised on line Delivery dates 5-6 days out and extra fees for 2-3 days. I paid extra to have a 4 day delivery of a $500+ order. Plus a second $300 order at standard rate shipping. 2 days later getting an update on delivery email saying Dec. 26. Last night on hold for 3 hours to get my money returned and finding out they cannot ship until next year after January 2. I did get a full refund.

Very poorly run company. Don't ship things on time and miss delivery dates by several days. It is impossible to reach anyone in customer service. Waiting hours on the phone until the system hangs up on you. Requested a callback, only never to be called. Sent multiple emails with no response. I would avoid this company at all cost, not worth the headaches. What was supposed to be a gift will now be a spoiled box of meats waiting on someone's porch.

Saw their TV add showcasing the holiday special for $89.95 went to find it on their website, you’d think it would be front and center but it wasn’t, finally found the special and placed the order on December 14th. Confirmation email states delivery shipment for the 15th. On the 16th I get an email saying my shipment will be delayed until the 17th then on the 18th I get another shipment delayed notice saying it’ll be delivered December 31! ***?! Awful customer service... they only have a virutual operator that can not answer any questions, then when you are transfered to talk to a real person they say the wait is over 100 minutes, which you get disconnected before anyone asnwers. The tracking of shipment was a joke, at one point the tracking said the item was shipped on the 16th and the delivery date was the 13th... The shipping vender they have chosen has all bad reviews, and from the looks of the other reveiws this year, most have the same complaints as mine. I or... read more

I received order number UPS tracking number Received yesterday 12/15/2025 at 9:30 pm. When i opened the box the dry ice was gone and contents were warm to the touch. Un edible!! I have written to customer service as instructed 3 times over a three day period. Each time i received an auto reply “ please allow 24 hours for a reply. That was on the 15th. Today is 12/18/2025. Terribly disappointed !!

I thought this was a very popular and professional business. Purchased an order with a spiral ham with sides plus additional sides that I purchased aside from the package. The partial gift was received by my in laws - which only included all the sides that I had ordered - NO SPIRAL HAM WAS INCLUDED!! Good luck talking to a customer service representative- they have a wait time of over 100 MINUTES!!! Very unprofessional company. Will never order from them again, nor will I ever, ever, recommend them - quite the opposite.

I will never be ordering from here again. I thought several weeks was ordering early enough and was promised my order well in time, but after a delay, only part of my order was sent. I emailed and called (the phone call was an hour and a half) and supposedly the rest of my order was supposed to be received today, but it hasn't even shipped yet. They are not responding to emails.

Wow! BBB. I should check with you more often. They have only 1 star! I just want to say that I tried to complete a transaction of adding 4 more gift purchase on top of the ones I made. I went through 5 chat people two were very nice but their system has an automatic hangup approach. So, we would go through the process of setting up adding the transactions and the system would cut off and hang up even as we are completing the transaction.
