Their food is not what it used to be! We got a package deal from them and the meals are disgusting. First off the trays have plastic on the inside of them so if you enjoy eating microplastics you’ll love Omaha steak meals! Secondly I just made #3544 stroganoff sauce with beef short rib 32oz and it is absolutely disgusting. My wife and I feel like we just ate a block of salt. I feel absolutely dehydrated now. I will never order, eat, look at their food again. Good luck to those that will.

Ordered steak package for my son to be received Oct 1. Called each day said it was coming that day. On Oct 4 finally admitted it was not coming. Sending another order. Nothing for the inconvenience as he was planning on it last week

My company purchased gift cards for our employees. Now Omaha Steaks is saying that the gift cards expired. The cards from Omaha Steaks did not say on the card that they had an expiration date. Not legal to do this from what I understand.

Ordered online about a month ago. Put my frozen steaks, hamburgers away. When i wanted a burger I would put it in a container with water for an hour. Last week I put a smash burger in. Fried it in my frying pan then put it on a bun. Took a bite no problem. The next bite I spit it out. I thought I had lost a tooth. Received a virtual gift card when we left our home state to move to Nebraska. The gift card never had an expiration date. We finally decided to order some meat a year later to celebrate a new job. Had some trouble with the gift card saying the balance was “00.00”. There should have been $50.00 on the gift card. I called customer service. They were of no help. Very expensive and could not eat 3 of the 4 steaks in the gift box. Full of gristle. These were the worst steaks I ever tried to eat. Wasn't the cooking technique, used their instructions and look good off the grill. Nice and pink inside and nice char on the outside. I will never buy or send these to anyone I like ever. I wish I could attach a picture to show all the waste.

Omaha Steaks show people that unprofessionalism is at it's peak. I used them for a friend's Christmas gift, and I was permanently placed on your Messenger list. After requesting it removed, I was promised it would be removed "in 24 hours". Weeks later, I still get Messages twice a day like clockwork! Sarcastic to say the least.

When Omaha Steaks first started, I thought they were great. In the past few years, however, I have noticed the quality of their meat, including steaks, is worse than what you can buy in the supermarket.
