First order wasn’t shipped so I was to receive a second order, which I assumed would contain the package I paid for. The second box arrived on time but it had items I didn’t order (substitutions?) and was missing an item. It would have been nice to be notified if they didn’t have the items I wanted so I could cancel my order. I won’t order from them again. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I have to say the lady I talked to regarding the missing first order was very nice.

80 year old Mother in law ordered steak / chicken / burger packages for daughters and sons and friends, spending over $800. Order ship dates were changed numerous times, with emails stating that there was a problem with the 'shipper' and that they were working on the problem. She's 80 years old, and having dozens of emails about the 6 orders was very confusing. She called and was on hold for over 2 hours. I paid for guaranteed delivery with a stated window of December 12–18 for two separate packages sent to two different addresses. These shipments are sent annually as Christmas meals for individuals who would otherwise not have food. Despite this guarantee and despite placing the order shortly after Thanksgiving, the delivery dates were repeatedly changed, ultimately pushing delivery beyond Christmas. I placed and order on December 14, 2025. They said the order was shipped on December 20, 2025. They said I would get it on December 21 ,2025 The carrier said they never got it. On December 22,2025. Now I have to go get other food for Christmas . It was a joke trying to talk to some one

Ordered steak deal Dec 13 for my brother in Fla for Xmas. They said it would be delivered on the 15th, on the 15th it was changed to the 17th, on the 17th it was changed to the 18th, on the 18th it was changed to Jan 3, 2026. Placed an order on 12/17/25 and was informed it would be delivered on 12/18/25. Received notice from Omaha Steak the shipping arrival was changed to 12/27/25 with no reason. I reached out to the company by email and phone call. I was on hold for over an hour with no help. I've sent 3 emails to follow up and they've changed my delivery date to 12/31/25 with no response from Omaha Steak other than stating they would contact me within 24 hours. Order was received on time, but part of the order was missing. It was probably less than $10, but I paid for it and expect to get it. I contacted them by chat and was redirected to another party. That party left a message that they would call in the next 50 minutes. That was 4 days ago. I sent them an email and have yet to hear back.
