Horrible customer service. Ordered for a holiday gift and arrived all thawed out! Not safe to eat and has not gotten my money back.

I ordered from Omaha Steaks and few days before Christmas. They said delivery is Dec 27th. Dec 27th, they said delivery is Dec 30th. Waited all day. Called at 6:00pm and Simone(automated ) said still being delivered on the 30th. Called to talk to Customer Service and they were to call me back in 67 minutes. No call...No delivery came on the 30th. I called at 8:00am Dec 31st. Talked to customer service (******) and she said deli very was changed to Jan. 2nd... canceled my order. Also no communication

I placed order on 11/30//25 for delivery by 12/23/25….approximately $300 of various meats for Planned Christmas dinners. The order arrived 12/23/25and IImmediately unpacked it from the new cardboard containers. About 90% of the meat was totally thawed, there was no ice in the warm package, and the products were unsafe to be eaten. I called their Customer Service immediately and was put on hold status twice at about an hour each time. My order was supposed to be delivered 12/29/25 and I am still waiting on 12/31/25. UPS does not even have possession of my order yet!! I am only at my house until 1/2/26, and I needed it for tonight. This order is a waste. “Average wait time” was 21 minutes for customer service and here I am at 45 minutes and no help. I want a refund for order# ************

Dec 17th 2025 I ordered a gift card for my daughter and her family as a location is near her. I specifically said a Christmas gift. The enclosed note said Merry Christmas. Ha ha I. All of us. I thought this was a store where they could go in and use the card for what they want. Was told because of high volume card would arrive 12-27-25. Ok,not great but still doable. Calling this company is a nightmare. Get automated message stating each day card would arrive. Ha ha again. Finally reach someone. This is calling multiple time... read more

I ordered a gift card on December 12th for a Christmas gift for my son who was visiting from out ot town. It was supposed to be delivered by Christmas, but didn't show up until December 30th; after my son had left. It shouldn't take 18 days to ship a **** gift card! I will never order from them again!

I received my order on 12/24/25 defrosted. No real insulation or dry ice. The temperature here that day was 76 degrees. I sent a complaint via the "Contact us" option on their website right after opening the delivery. I received no response. I have sent 2 subsequent complaints using the same method, no response. I have called twice, but their wait time is 2-3 hours. Not only did they send out meat at unsafe temps, they will not provide costumer service. What if someone were ill from this? It's irresponsible of them to refuse... read more

Changed packaging. Meat arrived thawed, dry ice evaporated. My mothers, brothers all arrived in same condition. Their customer service will not respond, or best case you’ll spend hours on the phone, sending a bunch of emails and IF you finally reach customer non-service, they are borderline rude and definitely do not care. My family and friends have been ordering from them for last 15-20 years, we will NEVER order from them again. Would leave a zero but can’t. Was a gift from my sister, delivery scheduled for 12/27/25, did not receive order. Got the order number to check delivery status. In transit but delayed until 01/02/2026, sent 12/26/2025. By the time I get it the food will be spoiled/rotten. Today is 12/29/2026, package sitting in Ohio for 3 days at UPS facility? Customer service when called supposedly has no record of the order but Visa card was charged. Never again, and their food isn’t that good anyway. Hope my sister gets her money back.
