Don't come to this location to get your car serviced! My service advisor, Justin Trammell, lied about the service that was done to me car. I was told my car's oil levels were going to be checked among other things and that was not done. It's clear the oil light was turned off the day of my appointment and never actually checked because it came back on two days later. When I called and asked Justin about it he never apologized and told me to just bring the car back in. Poor customer service!

My VW Jetta turned out to be a broken car. To repair and up keep my car from 2015 with 115,000 miles was more in repair bills then my monthly payments. Not the reason I invested with a supposed " quality and well build car " the service personal had no problem telling me how many thousands of dollars it would cost me to repair this vehicle. My Bluetooth was not working well and the VW rep said " it costs 2 grand to fix as its apart of the whole radio ". Wow! That's an expensive blue tooth.
Do not trust Orlando VW South with even a basic oil change! They ruined my daughters beautiful brand new VW Taos with an oil change. My local mechanic tells me that its possible this car will now have an engine that leaks oil as a result and we have to live with it. Heres what happened. On Nov 21, I took it in for an oil change. I regret my purchase with Orlando VW South because of how dishonest they are. They sold me an MPP Club Plus (for tires) policy that I didn't want. They will argue that the policy is noncancellable when in fact it is. It's written in the policy it's cancellable, and you may call the insurance company to assist you with canceling the policy (the dealer will not tell you this). The coverage was denied anyway because my car is too old, the dealer should have known not to sell it in the first place.

Mechanical service is fine, however, the customer service at this service department is terrible. Went in to pick up vehicle and was ignored by 3 employees before a 4th assisted after several minutes waiting. Got the company customer survey back and shared my concern. Robert Topping the Service Director emailed me back and retaliated by putting a note in my file to reject all future appointments.
