new time to fix the mirror. After a full day they could not give transportation back. I had to get they within 30 min to get my car back. The job was not done. I had to pay for the job not been finalized. I didn't get any new time. I have call to get a time so the finish the job but they don't call back. I will need to keep calling. I have tried to get his fixed for 2 years.

Worst customer service ever they denied to fix a electrical problem in my car with 20k miles.

I was really frustrated with my service. I dropped off Sat morning @ 9, specifically asked to have my car back by Monday. This was just a 60,000 mile tune up and Id brought it in 500 miles early so it was not urgent. My husband and I were toldwe will call you with an update and timing info this afternoon. We even confirmed the Phone # bc I needed the car back. Well never heard back and when I called Sunday the service dept was closed and I could not get my car. Keys were locked up. Crazy.

They held the car for a day and a half without touching it, only to tell me that we didnt authorize them to work on the car after dropping it off and us telling them what we wanted them to check. Total BS. Then they quote me for parts only. Imagine my surprise to see the cost double. Rob, their service manager is pretty useless. He put me on hold and then hung up on me, took almost three hours to get him to respond. This was once a great service department. Something changed over the last six months. I noticed that the technician failed to rotate tires as requested on the vehicle. When service advisor checked why, he realized the tech had left the premises to take a lunch break. Therefore, I had to wait another 30 minutes in addition to the 2.5 hours I had already waited for another technician to complete the tire rotate. This leaves me doubting the standard of care that the tech exercised on the transmission fluid flush and refill and the oil change that were supposedly completed on the vehicle.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. Dont go here. Waited 9 hours after I was told it would be done in 4. Brought my car in to get my radio fixed and cigarette lighters because they werent charging anything, they ran a diagnostic, said they found the problem, fixed something, got two miles down the road and it was still not working. I had two problems that I ask to have fixed during my last service, a leaky sunroof and my Adaptive Cruise Control light was on. I made two trips to the dealer so far and nothing has been fixed. Both issues should be covered under warranty but I can't even get the service department to return my call at this point.

The dealership can use a facelift. Probably the worst waiting room from all of the car dealerships I've visited in the past. Standard dealership prices. Service agents are good.

Purchased the car about a week after noted service. First time I turned on the headlights: neither Low Beam worked, and one License Plate Light is flickering. The car only gives these light warnings on the dash after lights are turned on, no memory of bad lighting is shown after new ignition. They refused to revolve the issue, claiming: "It could have happened at any time." And saying that if I had purchased the extended warranty it would have been covered.
