I did not have my car serviced here at your location but I got a text message that said I did I did not come and visit this location on that day

Overpriced, diagnostic was incorrect , wait time is longer then anticipated, usually pay for a diagnostic $200 alone before any service is rendered

I'm not sure why it took over 9 hours to do a 50k service and 4 tires. Thankfully the tech didn't hear the rattle in my passenger door( which is still there) that may have taken till the next day to fix. That just seems excessive

Mr Tom was great addressing concerns and updating on a timely manner. The mechanic team on the other hand left my car with dirt on the floor and hands marks. Please make sure everything work up to part. I have to turn around back to VW because one of the sign to check tire pressure light up. Thank you

Very poor customer service by the CS supervisor. I dont have or want to know his name. He is horrible. Indont understand why he has that position. Bat with clients like me and horrible with his employees
The inspection on the cause of SOS light on(warning sign in the display) costs me more than $226.57 and the control module faulty internal electrical malfunction will cost more than $1000.00 for replacement is too expensive.
Had a very uncomfortable experience with my service advisor. I had scheduled to have 3 recalls serviced, and to have my passenger door looked at due to wind noise. Advisor called the morning of to inform me that the door check wouldn't be covered under warranty. Expressed my disappointment. Advisor felt offended and ended call. When I arrived, he was short with any of my concerns and disregarded any of my safety concerns I've had about the car. They made an appointment with me for 8am and it was 12pm and they still didn't service my car. They stated that my car wasn't going to be looked at until like 5pm, I was treated as if I was a walk in. TERRIBLE
