I want to give VW South five stars. However, during the last visit, the tech scratched the dash when he replaced the radio. Christian Arce, my service consultant, brought it to my attention and said they would paint over the scratch. The paint color doesn't match, and they didn't buff the new paint, so it's just a blob on the dash.

My 60k service was supposed to include a tire rotation and I don't think they did one. I have one wheel that doesn't match the other 3, and it's still in the same spot as it was before I took the car in. They also didn't check the tire pressure. The tire pressure light was on and they cleared it. I had to add air afterwards when it came back on because the pressure was still low. Horrible service. $230 for a diagnosis that didn't answer the issue.

My experience at VW South Orlando was incredibly disappointing. The customer service team showed no respect for long-time customers and attempted to misrepresent the warranty coverage, insisting I pay out of pocket for repairs that were clearly covered. It seems they rely on some customers being unaware of their rights. Thankfully, I was well-prepared and knew exactly what I paid for when I purchased my car. READ ME. Stay away from Orlando VW South. TL;DR - Dealership not taking accountability for damage caused to my vehicle and extended warranty repair cost.
