I strongly regret purchasing my vehicle from Orlando Volkswagen South. My experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing from the very beginning. Not very friendly staff, except the management. While they were able to complete the work on my vehicle, the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and in this case, it fell short.
