A long period of waiting and on top of that I have to return the next day to complete just to put a new tire.
Service person was good. His name was Martin. But they had the vehicle all day since 9:30am and did not find what was wrong. My vehicle still doing the same. It has a small shake in the front at high speeds. They rotated the tires and the claim that it was better, but better is not fixed. well, nothing really special. our GPS is still not working after service had to call someone to show me where our car was parked. inside the plastic cover on the seed, a service number was hanging at the window well, everything was not what you expect from a good VW-Service
I took my VW Jetta recently for service. Mike L. the VW Customer Service was rude and abrupt to me and several other customers. We were just asking questions about our cars and he was replying to us as if was NOT his job to help us. We simply needed him to do his job. VW customers pay a premium price for a high quality product that includes excellent, responsive customer service. Did not repair the vehicle - same issue exists after service department had one full week with the vehicle. In fact, the same error code from ECM exists after the $850+ work. Also, front spoiler has yellow paint from impact with a something such as a curb, and car was delivered dirty after service (not washed).

They held my car for two days and did not complete the inspection for body work. They did not provide an update and I had to call them before deciding to just come and get my car. They did not offer a loaner and their cost for maintenance inspection is high. They were good enough to make a recommendation for another body shop I could go to.

The customer serviced i received was terrible. I took my vehicle in to get one of my tires looked at and it was discovered it had a slow leak in one of the tires. I have a warranty for the tires. I want to give VW South five stars. However, during the last visit, the tech scratched the dash when he replaced the radio. Christian Arce, my service consultant, brought it to my attention and said they would paint over the scratch. The paint color doesn't match, and they didn't buff the new paint, so it's just a blob on the dash.

My 60k service was supposed to include a tire rotation and I don't think they did one. I have one wheel that doesn't match the other 3, and it's still in the same spot as it was before I took the car in. They also didn't check the tire pressure. The tire pressure light was on and they cleared it. I had to add air afterwards when it came back on because the pressure was still low.
