All around very poor customer service. Not only we reported the problem, we paid diagnostic fee for the problem to be formally diagnosed, only to be told that no faults were identified and no repairs needed. The car broke down the next day and left my son stranded. Having had the car towed back to the shop, the refund for the diagnostic fee was not reimbursed and we were quoted excessive amount of repairs needed instead of replacing the poor quality hose which has already been replaced 3 times over the course of last year by... read more

Very poor customer service.
I have had nothing but problems with this dealership for over a year now. If I could give them zero stars I would. My service tech Roger is very polite but thats the only good thing I can say about my experience at VWS.

My daughter brought car to be fixed as the display screen went blank. She waited an hour and a half and they did not even bring the car back to be looked at it yet. She had to leave and my car was never serviced. So my screen and back up cameras are not operational.

Took over 1 month to get the door replaced . VW south dealer ordered the wrong part 3 times

VW South did not do all of the services listed for the 60,000 mile maintenance they failed to rotate my tires and were extremely unprofessional and disorganized

Had my car towed in to their service department on Dec. 16th. They worked on it off and on for a month. The service dept. didn't call me back when I call about an update on my car. It took them 1 month to FINALLY get my car done. When I picked it up they had not up the back seat into place. It was standing up against the front and they had left tools in the area where the seat should have been secured. AWEFUL AWEFUL EXPERIENCE with this service department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
