Our thanks go to Mr. Hector Quinones, Service Advisor. without him we would have left Orlando Volkswagen South a very long time ago. Over 4 years our GPS is not working. The service-departement of Orlando VW South didn't do anything even we mentioned it lot's time. Also, Volkswagen USA how we contacted several times was not able to help us. They always advised us to talk to Orlando VW South. Now, the timer is not working it still on Winter Saving time. Why can't the whole system not have replaced? Within one month after service parts started failing and they wanted a lot more money than local shops to do the repairs.

I qas scheduled for a repair/replacement of the horn of my 2022 VW Tiguan and nothing was done after 4 hours of wait. No one told me I was going to wait that long for a "diagnostic" that never started. I felt miserable and mistreated by this service shop, ridiculous!!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and when I picked it up the check engine light was on. I went back inside and informed the technician. He said that it was on when I brought it in (I don't remember it being on before) and that they don't do check engine lights on the weekend and I would need to schedule a new appointment next week. I asked why it wasn't noted on the paperwork or why I wasn't told that it was on. He said that he didn't think about it because they don't do it on weekends.
