Awful. I set up 40k maintenance, alignment, and 4 new tires for my daughter. They were inconsiderate of her time and treated like a typical girl in a auto shop. It took them 3 visits to actually and correctly do her alignment. No excuse for this since her car was never in an accident. Additionally they did not honor price or coupon we discussed over phone when I made appointment. 5th VW but first time at this dealership since my daughter moved to Orlando, never again

They change my emergency system module and my dashboard is scratched up, bad experience

Poor communication. Advisor does not return calls. I assume tech had snack while in car and left food container in cup holder. Faulted to get alignment within parameters on 2 visits. Manager has scheduled 3rd visit. We'll see.

Why was I charged 240 dollars to evaluate a radio problem. Readily not playing. I asked for a software update because Internet info from other owners with same problem said do a software update. They did not do that, the said the results said it was broken and would cost 9000 to replace. Very little trust that South is focused on finding problems with expensive repair needs.

They didn't do anything they said they did, I paid for absolutely nothing to be done, I was scammed

I recently had an extremely disappointing service experience at Orlando Volkswagen South. For over two years, I've been grappling with persistent battery issues and a noisy water pump. Spend eight hours at the Dealer. The sales rep. try to boost sales(trying to sell things that was not urgent. try to keep my battery when I stated i want it. was onshore the car problem was fix ,when it returned to me.

My first time reaching out to this dealership, they put me with salesman Hector. However my experience with Hector wasnt that good. Communication wasnt good and gave me false information about the car I was interested in. I asked how did the car look in the inside and if could send me photos, because there was only 4 photos online. I live 45 min to hour away and when I arrived to the dealership, It was issues in the interior of the car that Hector left out.
