Mr Tom was great addressing concerns and updating on a timely manner. The mechanic team on the other hand left my car with dirt on the floor and hands marks. Please make sure everything work up to part. I have to turn around back to VW because one of the sign to check tire pressure light up. Thank you

Very poor customer service by the CS supervisor. I dont have or want to know his name. He is horrible. Indont understand why he has that position. Bat with clients like me and horrible with his employees
The inspection on the cause of SOS light on(warning sign in the display) costs me more than $226.57 and the control module faulty internal electrical malfunction will cost more than $1000.00 for replacement is too expensive.
Had a very uncomfortable experience with my service advisor. I had scheduled to have 3 recalls serviced, and to have my passenger door looked at due to wind noise. Advisor called the morning of to inform me that the door check wouldn't be covered under warranty. Expressed my disappointment. Advisor felt offended and ended call. When I arrived, he was short with any of my concerns and disregarded any of my safety concerns I've had about the car. They made an appointment with me for 8am and it was 12pm and they still didn't service my car. They stated that my car wasn't going to be looked at until like 5pm, I was treated as if I was a walk in. TERRIBLE
My problem was caused by Volkswagen, which, during a multimedia system update, caused an error, leaving me without the system for four days. I tried to contact the company and, after an afternoon wasted waiting and receiving meaningless information, they asked me to go to a dealership. I had to drive almost an hour each way, only to be poorly served and mistreated by an employee who had nothing to do with my case. Have had issues the last 2 visits of service and poor communication with Mike. I will try servicing with someone else before changing locations but not him.
A long period of waiting and on top of that I have to return the next day to complete just to put a new tire.
Service person was good. His name was Martin. But they had the vehicle all day since 9:30am and did not find what was wrong. My vehicle still doing the same. It has a small shake in the front at high speeds. They rotated the tires and the claim that it was better, but better is not fixed. The want to do a road force test on it if it keeps going but why not do it the same day. When I picked up the car at 5pm is when they told me they might have to do this test.
