I had to take the car there four times for them to determine how to fix the AC. At the end they had to call corporate for guidance. On top of this, I had to pay for the rental car, so they could keep car for three days. The guys that work with your case do not even call you and he had the nerve to get upset when , after three visits, I exploded. The manager refused to speak to me , eventhough I requested to speak to him. The whole service department is a mess. The whole dealership is a mess

Service advisor was adamant about something, he ended up being wrong Techs forgot to hook a sensor plug

Dealership refused to do safety inspection for safety issue with airbags (even though I had an appointment) and allowed me to drive an unsafe car off the lot. Manager was rude.

They decided to kept my car at thier shop for overnight without any notice , and they overcharge me without any previously communication .

Did not receive any help to fix my car. My car is not even two years old and I have a lot of issues with a new car.

Went in to fix an issue that I went in their shop to fix multiple times while under warranty and now that I'm not under warranty I had to go back in to fix the same issue and had to pay $1,200 to fix it. Suspiciously convenient for them that they were able to fully resolve the issue when I had to pay instead of when it was under warranty

Awful. I set up 40k maintenance, alignment, and 4 new tires for my daughter. They were inconsiderate of her time and treated like a typical girl in a auto shop. It took them 3 visits to actually and correctly do her alignment. No excuse for this since her car was never in an accident. Additionally they did not honor price or coupon we discussed over phone when I made appointment. 5th VW but first time at this dealership since my daughter moved to Orlando, never again
