Service manager poor communication skills
Golf clubs were stolen out of trunk and inside of car was gone through looking for valuables. Dealership refused to take accountability or responsibility. General manager has refused comment multiple times and service director has been far from helpful. Dealership still uses paper, does not do pre-service inspection, and were WAY off in timing estimates for work. I highly recommend Roger at Napleton instead, this location has gone downhill since he left!

VW cars are pathetic and the dealership is located in a ghetto area. Billboards of nude girls make it embarrassing to go with family. So of course the attitude carries everywhere including the service center. Used to love my old VW in Wisconsin. The whole experience in Orlando is unacceptable

I really hate this place but they have been the closest dealership and all the others are more than an hour away, so I have used them. Every time I go in there, all they suggest is to replace things versus FIX things. I have gotten quotes from them - in the multiple thousands! - and then gone to a REAL mechanic and had the problem fixed for a few hundred. I miss the days where shops actually took the time to diagnose and fix a car. Another note - their diagnostic fee is $175 but you end up paying over $200 because the "FEE" ... read more

The worst for change oil you will wait 3 hour for tire and balance 2hours and 30 minute . i have engine light on and they never fixed the problem and noise front passenger side they know what is first they said they going to order a part after they said they know whait is the problem. And another thing they send you a coupon for oil change and they refuse to accept the coupon and said why they send coupon i not recomend this place . they forget about real service professionalism .

Don't come to this location to get your car serviced! My service advisor, Justin Trammell, lied about the service that was done to me car. I was told my car's oil levels were going to be checked among other things and that was not done. It's clear the oil light was turned off the day of my appointment and never actually checked because it came back on two days later. When I called and asked Justin about it he never apologized and told me to just bring the car back in. Poor customer service!

My VW Jetta turned out to be a broken car. To repair and up keep my car from 2015 with 115,000 miles was more in repair bills then my monthly payments. Not the reason I invested with a supposed " quality and well build car " the service personal had no problem telling me how many thousands of dollars it would cost me to repair this vehicle. My Bluetooth was not working well and the VW rep said " it costs 2 grand to fix as its apart of the whole radio ". Wow! That's an expensive blue tooth.
