I completed two refinance transactions with Owning on two different properties and I referred a co-worker to them. They are trustworthy, efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They respond to questions by phone and email quickly. I have never closed on a refinance quickly. My sister had questions about certain fees and they answered everything! I got the lowest rates around. Notary came to my house and worked around my busy schedule. Ridiculously easy!

Refinancing through Owning was a great experience. We had a bad experience trying to re-finance with our current mortgage holder (a large bank and at their invitation). Outstanding performance by Owning closed within a three week period. Lee Davidson very professional and not pushy/aggressive to get this loan complete. At the very last moment with Owning I got cold feet and canceled the notary appointment to sign papers when I thought I might get a better deal. She was understandable and I was wrong Owning was offering the best interest rate. I worked with a total of five different mortgage loan companies Owning by far beats their competitors hands down.
