Owning was fast and efficient! The best refinancing experience I've ever had. My neighbor recommended them to me after a bad experience and I'm so glad. Best rates and super easy process.

I used to use the large warehouse membership before to do my loans, but a few years ago, I found Owning.com and gave them a try. Everything that I saw, as in rates, were dead on. I read the fine print and I meet all the requirements. In May 2020, I refi with a 30yr/2.99 % APR/RATE, no closing costs and I used them once again to lower my rate to a 2.25% 30yr in August of 2021 This time we were able to close in 17 days. Would use them again if the rates ever go into the 1's.

I refi'd with Owning in Auguest 2020, I just realized I never finish writing up this review. When I was doing my refi'd with them, they offer no closing cost refi so that's what I am writing the review for. From application to funding it took 20 days. It did require a little bit of my hand-holding since the first appraiser assigned to my file never call me and I have to call the appraisal broker to assign me with a new appraiser. from the moment my husband inquired about the rates, to signing closing docs and paying off our existing mortgage, this process was smooth and fast! We got a rate well below 2% 15yr fixed. Took cash out to remodel. We had constant communications. It was so great. loved working with the company.

This place doesn't mess around. It lived up to its advertised rates and pricing, and closed the loan in the expected timeframe. This place moves very fast, but doesn't cut corners or try to fluff the loan to make it look better than it really is. If you are on the fence, or wishy-washy, they might drop you, because they have plenty of loans to work on. I just refinanced my mortgage loan with owning and it was by far the most seamless and painless refinance I've ever done.
