Had the best experience with Owning's process. It was quick, easy and straight forward. If you are just starting the process, ask to Steven Hoang. He was my paperwork processor and he literally followed my refi all the way through to the end. Even when his part of the process was done, he continued to stay in touch with me to make sure all of my requests were being taken care of and when there was a bit of a stall, Steven was on the phone with the loan officer and got me taken care of right away. I contacted Owning to refinance my home. The loan officer David Ly gave me a great rate, helped me compare to my current lender which was no comparison as the closing costs and fees were so minimal with Owning. We went with Owning and are very happy with the outcome and service. A couple of little blips with the loan term and amount, but they were handled quickly and efficiently.

Nov 12, 2021, 212pm .. I called Owning and Thinh Pham answered my chat online. Shortly after that, I started my refinance process with Thinh (sending some paperwork over, etc). By SAME DAY (yes, FRIDAY) 620pm, I was emailed and called by Thai Dang that the rate is locked. WHAT? Wow, that was very very quick. Go forward couple more days, I am signing.. and couple more days, my loan has been funded. This is the fastest refinance I have done. We have refinanced our home through Owning twice in the past 15 months. Working with Owning is easy and fast. Their loan application process is straightforward, and they keep you apprised - through email and phone calls - of the progress of your application as it goes through each step of the loan underwriting and approval process. We closed on our most recent loan within 23 days of our initial application. Owning's service and speed to close is exceptional.

Great rates, ease of online refinancing, and excellent customer service who work with you to make your situation work! Despite having a lot of issues with my ex-spouse being overseas, they managed to extend my loan by an extra month to allow time for her to return to sign the final documents despite rates increasing. Highly recommend! I've refinanced with Owning twice, and referred 3 family and friends all with great experiences.
